Shipping & Returns
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Our local delivery is priced at a flat rate of $10.90 for most of our artisans. However, please note that there may be additional surcharges for deliveries to Sentosa. Additionally, certain items are more sensitive and require special handling. For specific details regarding the surcharges or any concerns about item sensitivity, kindly contact us directly.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, due to personal hygiene and food hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns on our products. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers, and as such, we cannot compromise on food hygiene standards. Please ensure to carefully review your order before finalizing it. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will be happy to assist you.
HOW CAN I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?
We're delighted to offer free delivery for orders totaling S$150.00 or more.
From November 2023 through February 2024, we have lowered the minimum order amount for free shipping to S$70.00.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 7 working days. We strive to ensure a prompt turnaround time for all orders. Once your shipment is ready, our dedicated delivery partner will reach out to you directly. They will coordinate with you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
If you have an urgent order, please don't hesitate to contact us at orders@artisannook.sg. We understand the importance of timely delivery and will do our best to assist you. However, please note that surcharges may apply for urgent requests.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TO MY COUNTRY?
Unfortunately, we currently only offer shipping within Singapore due to constraints.
